Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Tabletennisstore, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your equipment isn't a perfect match, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days. Please note that custom-assembled rackets and used rubber sheets are not eligible for return due to their personalized nature.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, plastic coverings, and accessories are included.

• 3.
  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location to be sent back to our inspection center.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our equipment experts verify the condition of the items, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
